Kuliner Nusantara Group (PT Kuliner Nusantara Sejahtera Indonesia) is a company that focuses to develop various of poten-tial food and beverage brands through franchising system. The company has been established since 2011, after the founder had experience in buying a local meatball brand from Malang called Bakso Kota Cak Man in 3 locations since 2005.

The experience has taught us that Indonesia have so many potentials and talents in food and beverage industry. However, the challenge is how to transform the culinary ideas into a winning business model and duplicable so that it will be beneficial for anyone to invest into the business.

Franchise system is what the company choose to develop the industry. We believe that if the culinary talents and ideas engi-neered into a systemized franchise business, it could bring benefits for the brand creator, the franchisee investors, the cus-tomers and the economy in overall.

The company was initiated and founded by Ardantya Syahreza, a marketing professional and entrepreneur who wants to see Indonesia rises with proud culinary brands across the world market.

Brand of Sour Sally is an Indonesian frozen yogurt brand founded by Donny Pramono, a young Indonesian who was graduated from Penn State University and University of La Verne, United States of America and loves to eat frozen yogurt. The brand was founded in 2008 in Jakarta, Indonesia and became a hit. The brand has been the top of mind for frozen yogurt in Indonesian market until today.

The success of Sour Sally targeting premium market does not stop Donny for not expanding the market. Therefore, brand Sour Sally Mini was created in a more economical and affordable price concept in order to cater middle class Indonesian market.

The brand tagline is "Everyday Chicken" with intention to provide an affordable-fun-fried-chicken menu.

There are 4 (four) young Indonesian founders of this brand; Roy, Nathan, Tonny and Teddy. The brand established first store in March 2017 in Jl. Kaliurang, Yogyakarta near by UII campus with red container concept. The food price is so affordable for even students and became a hit. Chicken Crush now has 5 outlets in Yogyakarta and Kuliner Nusantara Group has managed to start to buy a franchised outlet in Jalan Kalimantan 5, Bandung. Martabak is a traditional local pancake-alike originated from Bangka, Indonesian local culinary. It has the sweet variants and also has the egg-omelette fried variants with meat and vegetable inside. It has been sold as street food in Indonesia.

Marlous Martabak was created by Adhi Pratomo, a young financial professional who loves to cook and wanted to develop his recipe.

Adhi contacted Kuliner Nusantara Group to develop his menu and Marlous Martabak was born in 2014. Started the first outlet in Kalibata, South Jakarta and the next second outlet is in Persada Hospital, Malang, East Java. Soon, we are developing the new outlet in CLEO Building, Palu, Central Sulawesi.

The concept of Marlous Martabak is setting new standard of martabak. When usually in street food customer was asked to have how many eggs, in Marlous Martabak we set the quality standard high and with premium price. This is intended for creating martabak as local culinary into the new standard. The menu we have are Beef Mush-room, Tuna Cheese, Marone (Toblerone), Queen M, and many more. Now, Marlous Martabak has been served for birthday treats, family gathering treats and even birth-day greetings.
